Dennis Rader bio
American serial killer Dennis Lynn Rader is sometimes referred to as BTK, the BTK Strangler, or the BTK Killer. Between 1974 and 1991, he killed ten people in Wichita and Park City, Kansas, and he detailed his crimes in taunting letters to the police and the media.
Rader was born on March 9, 1945, and was one of William Elvin Rader and Dorothea Mae Rader’s four sons. Depending on the source, Rader was born in Columbus or Pittsburg, Kansas.
His upbringing was in Wichita. Later, when both of his parents were working long hours and giving their children little one-on-one time at home, Rader remembered feeling particularly forgotten by his mother and resenting her for it.

Since he was a young lad, Rader had torture fantasies involving “trapped and helpless” women. He also engaged in zoosadism, which is the torture, murdering, and hanging of small animals.
In addition to wearing women’s clothing, including women’s underwear that he had stolen, Rader routinely kept an eye on his female neighbors while masturbating with ropes or other bindings around his arms and neck. In addition, Rader crossed dressed.
Years later, during his “cooling off” periods between killings, Rader would take pictures of himself shackled while dressing like a woman and wearing a female mask. Later, he said that he had been acting in a sexually fetishistic manner to imitate his victims.

Is Dennis Rader still alive?
Between 1974 and 1991, BTK Killer Dennis Rader killed 10 people. Police used numerous strategies to apprehend the BTK Killer but were ineffective in doing so. BTK Killer has not been heard from since 1991. But how will his killer’s karma forgiving him?
BTK Killer resumed letter-writing and idea-sending to the police and the media in 2004. He was detained in 2005 after police prevailed this time.
In connection with the death of ten people, Dennis Rader was charged with first-degree murder. Additionally, it has not yet been confirmed that he may have murdered more than 10 people.
He is currently incarcerated at the El Dorado Correctional Facility for life. He is still alive and is serving a life sentence in jail for his 10 heinous crimes.
