Cricketer Hardik Himanshu Pandya represents India internationally. He was born on October 11, 1993. Pandya is an all-rounder who has represented India in all three forms. He bats right-handed and bowls right-arm fast-medium. He also participates in domestic cricket for the Baroda cricket team and captains the Gujarat Titans, a newly established team in the Indian Premier League (IPL), which he guided to their first IPL championship in 2022. Cricket player Krunal Pandya is his older sibling.

In Surat, Gujarat, on October 11, 1993, Hardik Pandya was born. When Hardik was five years old, his father, Himanshu Pandya, closed his modest car finance company in Surat and relocated to Vadodara to give his sons access to better cricket training facilities. In Vadodara, Himanshu Pandya held a position as a loan agent.
He enrolled his two sons in the cricket academy run by Kiran More in Vadodara.

The Pandya family, who was poor, resided in a leased apartment in Gorwa, with the boys traveling to the cricket field in a used automobile.

Krunal Pandya, his younger brother, has also represented India and the Mumbai Indians. In January 2021, their father Himanshu Pandya passed away from a heart attack.
