I’ve No Respect For OJ; He’s Just Acting Stupid – Bro Sammy

In a new song released by Brother Sammy, he constantly referred to his haters as ugly, broke and foolish people who go around gossiping about him. His weird proclamations in the song compelled gospel musician OJ to storm the studios of Adom FM to lash out at Bro Sammy for composing arguably the first gospel “diss” song in Ghana.

“Sammy must come and apologise because it is inappropriate to call a creature of God foolish…we are in a serious business and hence we must act according to the lyrics of the songs we sing…,” OJ said in an interview with Adom FM.

But in a sharp rebuttal, Bro Sammy has indicated that he had respect for the Gospel musician but his recent utterances has shot it down and has made him realize that although he produces quality songs, he is not sensible.

Brother Sammy revealed that on the day OJ granted the interview, he worked with six churches adding that man cannot destroy what God has purposed for his children. He said this in reference to what OJ said in his interview with Adom FM that churches should stop inviting Bro Sammy for performance.

He mentioned that big Men of God have called him for the video and are very grateful to him for producing such a song because it speaks volumes and advises people to stop gossiping about their fellow human beings.

Bro Sammy insisted that the song titled “Nnipa Hunu” can’t be labeled a “diss” song as many have described but rather a song to advise people against back biting and other things which are not right in the sight of God.
