Ghanaian rapper, Joey B and music producer, GuiltyBeatz have been slammed by ace Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson and rapper, Medikal over a disappointing radio interview with a Nigerian presenter.
The two media personalities joined some furious Ghanaians to descend on Joey B and Guiltybeatz after they sat down for a Nigerian radio presenter to humiliate them over recent happenings in the Ghanaian music industry.
Joey B and GuiltyBeatz were on Beat FM in Nigeria for an interview in a bid to promote their latest song which features rapper, Falz but the interview took a nosedive when they were asked about rumours that have been peddled about Ghana’s music industry.
The host cited the issues that emerged from the recently held Cardi B concert in Accra as an example of Ghana’s purported discouraging attitude towards activities held by Nigerians in Ghana.
According to the host of the show, the rumours include disapproval by Ghanaians towards stakeholders of the Nigerian music industry making inroads in Ghana.
Failure on their part to defend their country in the course of a radio interview made Medikal and Yvonne Nelson lambast them.
Yvonne Nelson in her response to the interview stated that the Ghanaian duo should have said something during the interview;
