A model, Emily Ratajkowski accused the New York-based photographer, Jonathan Leder of sexual assault during a photoshoot season at his Catskill home in 2012.
According to Emily, her operators wanted her to move out to the location for a shoot. She noted that when she arrived she was surprised to know that she will be modeling for lingerie.
Jonathan Leder however offered her red wine which she took despite being 20 years old at the time. She added that the gig was unpaid and Jonathan Leder sexually assaulted her while they were sitting on his couch.
