On Wednesday, Ms. Ormond filed a lawsuit in a New York court, accusing Harvey Weinstein of s3xual battery. According to the complaint, the former film producer allegedly forced her to perform oral s3x during a business meeting in 1995.
In addition, Ms. Ormond has also sued Creative Artists Agency, which represented her at the time, claiming that two senior agents discouraged her from speaking out and informed her of the “going rate” for settlements paid to women who accused Mr. Weinstein of s3x crimes, which she alleges was $100,000.
