Ghana is expecting to receive her first batch of COVID-19 Vaccines tomorrow February 24 2021.

This was announced in a statement released by the Ministry Of Information and signed by its Public Relations Officer, Munira Karim.

Per the content of the statement dated February 23 2021, the Governemnt of Ghana will receive the first batch of COVID-19 Vaccines at the Kotoka International Airport.

The Minister-designate for Health Kwaku Agyeman Manu will lead the government delegation to receive the vaccine as early as 7:00 am.

Also, the brief ceremony to receive the vaccines will be televised on Ghana Television (GTV) and the Facebook page of the Ministry of Information.
