Kidnapping of the 4 Takoradi Girls: Court to Pass Judgement on Friday, March 5, 2021

Following the kidnapping and murder of the 4 Takoradi girls by two suspects of Nigerian descent, the Sekondi High Court will pass judgement on Friday, March 5, 2021.

Sam Udoetuk Wills and John Orji are two suspects who were allegedly involved in these gruesome acts of violence. The suspects have been tried in court under the charges of conspiracy to kidnap which was upgraded to conspiracy to murder after the human remains of the four girls were found.

“I’m instructing the State Attorney prosecuting, Patience Klinogo and her team to file their written address on 17th February 2021 and the defense counsels to also file their written address on 24th February 2021”, the Judge is reported to have said on Monday.

The two counsels are to orally address the seven-member jury two days before judgement day. Afterwards, a judgement will be passed, closing the 3-year-old case.
