A former presidential aide and founder of the Atta Mills Institute, Samuel Koku Anyidoho has hailed the leadership qualities of the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
According to him, Nana Addo is cutting a solid image of himself as a leader of the West African country, Ghana.
According to Anyidoho, honouring your late predecessors is a great thing for any leader to do, and with Nana re-naming the University for Development Studies in the honour of the country’s longest-serving political leader, JJ Rawlings, who very recently joined his ancestors, and the re-building of the Asondwee Park in honour of former Prez Mills, who is also late, he thinks Nana Addo couldn’t have done it any better.
Koku Anyidoho referred to him as “Cyrus the Great”, the king of Persia and the founder of the Achaemenid Empire.
In a tweet, Koku Anyidoho says he doffs his hat to the President for exhibiting such great leadership qualities in honouring his predecessors.
“President Akufo-Addo is cutting a solid image for himself as a Leader who is honoring his late predecessors: UDS is being re-named after Prez Rawlings, & the Asomdwee Park is being built in memory of the late Prez Atta-Mills. I doff my hat to Prez Akufo-Addo; Cyrus The Great,” he wrote.
