Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are expecting their first child together. Kourtney made the significant disclosure on Friday night during a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles.
The reality star, 44, was seen walking around with a sign that read, “Travis I’m Pregnant.” In a video that the two of them also posted on Instagram, Kourtney waves the sign in the air. The audience cheers as 47-year-old Travis leaps off the stage and kisses her.
The pair chose to date in January 2021 after years of friendship and sharing a home. They made their vows in October of that year, and in May 2022, they were formally wed. They then were married in a stunning ceremony in Italy.
Both Kardashian and Barker are parents through prior unions. Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, are the three children that Kardashian has with her ex-husband Scott Disick.
With his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, Barker has two kids: Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, as well. According to a previous insider who spoke to ET, Kardashian and Barker were undoubtedly interested in creating a family together.
“It’s very important – and exciting — to them,” the source said.
The Kardashians, a Hulu series starring the Kardashian family, features a pregnancy attempt by Kardashian and Barker. They were once seen preparing to conceive a child together in a doctor’s office. Kardashian joked that they would turn off their microphones when the doctor ordered them to place a “sample” in a cup before closing the door. The audio is absent.
This will be the fourth child for Kardashian, who shares three kids – Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8 – with ex-Scott Disick.
Barker also has children with ex-wife Shanna Moakler: son Landon, 19, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.
“Travis and I want to have a baby,” Kardashian said last year, as cameras followed the couple into a doctor’s appointment.
The trailer then showed their doctor asking Kardashian for a “sample” before the reality star joked, “We’ll take our mics off so you don’t get the audio.”
