When Kanye West entered a Deliciously Vintage shop in 2009, Roach made her styling debut there. Alton Mason, Kehlani, and Hunter Schafer were among the ten personalities Roach had the chance to dress for the 2021 Met Gala.
He appeared alongside Megan Thee Stallion, Keke Palmer, Leiomy Maldonado, and Jameela Jamil as a permanent juror on the HBO Max program Legendary.
His most well-known customers as a stylist include Celine Dion, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Ariana Grande, and others. Alongside Ashley Graham, Rita Ora, and Drew Elliott, Roach was named as one of the judges for cycle 23 of America’s Next Top Model in 2016.
He then collaborated with Celine Dion the following year to style her for Paris Couture Week, making history as the first African American stylist to appear on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter’s annual Stylist & Stars edition. Roach was accompanied on the cover by Dion and Zendaya.
The 2021 Gem Prize for Jewelry Style went to him. He was presented with the first American Fashion Stylist Prize at the 2022 CFDA Awards in New York.
