Louise Casey is a British civil servant who has worked on social policy issues for several decades. She is best known for her work on homelessness and rough sleeping in the UK.

In 1992, she was the deputy director of Shelter. On November 1st, 2011, she was appointed director general of Difficult Families.
She was chosen by Boris Johnson to serve as an advisor in February 2020 to help combat homelessness, and she was later chosen to lead the Rough Sleeping Taskforce.
She was proposed for a crossbench peerage in July 2020. In August 2021, Casey was appointed to review the circumstances and prepare a report on the spectator invasion of Wembley Stadium, London, in July 2021 when thousands of ticket-less spectators broke through security arrangements for the final of the UEFA Euro 2020 football tournament.
Casey was hired in August 2021 to examine the facts and write a report regarding the Wembley Stadium invasion in London in July 2021, during which a large number of ticket-free spectators breached the security barriers to see the UEFA Euro 2020 football tournament final.
