Maame Dokono Says ‘One Corner’ Should Be Banned And Here’s How Patapaa Reacted

When One Corner ‘broke out’ and infected the country with its crazy vibes, many connoisseurs predicted the song will soon fade away into oblivion. However the song has stood the test of time and it’s still enjoyed by all and sundry.

Surprised by the turn of events, these same people started calling for the song to be banned on the bases of immorality and few deaths recorded in the name of the song.

The latest personality to call for the ban of the song is veteran actress Grace Omaboe aka Maame Dokono. In a  radio interview, Maame Dokono condemned the song vehemently, stating that the song and it’s dance are promoting promiscuity among the youth.

She said:

One Corner is a bad song and a bad influence on the youth. I think it should be banned because it’s not a good song, it’s backed by spiritual things.

According to report, when Patapaa heard this, he was extremely pissed off and stated categorically that he’s fed up with calls from sections of the Ghanaian public for the ban on the song.

He also added that life has not been fair to him so now that he’s making it, he won’t take it lightly with anyone who tries to attack his song or kill his shine.

Majority of Ghanaians still think Patapaa has no talent and won’t be able to produce subsequent viral songs. What’s your take on this? Share your opinion with us in the comment section below.
