Mahama’s Witnesses Missing In Supreme Court

In a shocking twist of events, three of Former President Mahama’s witnesses were missing in a witnesses statement submitted to the Supreme Court yesterday making him do with only two: General Secretary of the Party, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, and Mr.Kpessah Whyte also a leading member of the party.

Mr.Kpessah whytes presentation in court comes as no surprise as he was seen representing the NDC in the Electoral Commission strong room.

A witness is a person who saw or heard a crime take place or may have important information about the crime or the defendant.

Mr. Mahama had earlier promised to submit five-strong witnesses to aid him as he shrugs things off with the Electoral Commission at the  Supreme Court to overturn the verdict of the 20202 elections of the EC.

After several days in Court and an order by the Justices of the Supreme Court to file their witness statement by yesterday or face the consequential outcome, Mr. Maham was only able to file two of his witness statement.

Ghanaians were eagerly looking forward to the five witnesses earlier promised and what they will submit t as well as say in Court.

Hearing of the Substantive matter at the Supreme Court is set to begin today with the submission of a witness statement by the Petitioners.
