Man calls EFCC to report his fraud case after seeing ‘wele’ inside shawarma he bought [video]

A man has pranked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC as he placed a call to their hotline to report a case he claimed to be fraudulent.

He reported that shawarma he bought in Ibadan, Oyo State turns out to have ‘Wele’ or cow skin instead of hotdog and meats hence decided to report the case.

In a video that has surfaced on the internet, the unidentified young man complained about on the phone to the EFCC official that he wants to remain anonymous after his name was asked.

As the official told him to proceed he acted as if it’s serious only to report that he has seen wele in the shawarma he bought.

The officer who was clearly angered about about the prank called asked him if he’s aware that he called the EFCC hotline and he affirmed it saying it’s shawarma fraud so he wanted to bring it to their attention.
