Man Gives Tips To Women On How To Naturally Keep The Honeypot Tight After Childbirth Without Using Concoctions (+VIDEO)

A self-acclaimed expert in the female reproductive system has given tips to women on how to tighten their honeypot after childbirth.

Women go through a lot of changes during and after pregnancy. Some gain weight, facial and body acne, swollen nose and lips, and stretch marks amongst other things.

But the biggest challenge for most women is how their v@g1na’s loses its elasticity.

According to the man who posted the information on TikTok, after childbirth, women must do some exercises to restore their honeypot to its original state.

He advised women to stop buying concoctions from slay queens with no medical degree just to keep their honey pots sweet and juicy.

Instead, he asked them to do kegel exercises which will help them restore the elasticity in their honey pots.

For those who don’t know kegel exercise, it’s also known as pelvic floor exercise, involves repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor, now sometimes colloquially referred to as the “Kegel muscles”.
