A Nigerian fashion designer has been showered with praises after he claimed that he found $5,000 in a bag of clothes brought by a customer and returned the cash to the owner.
The designer, identified as Abdulrahman Abdullahi, took to the microblogging platform, Twitter, to make this revelation on Wednesday, April 27.
Earlier today, a man brought a work to me in my fashion house. Inside the Ghana Must Go he put his cloth, I found 50 pieces of old stock $100. But I am happy to announce that, I safely returned it to the owner,” he tweeted.
The man has received a lot praises from people who were amazed by his kind gesture.
Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady has taken to Twitter to celebrate a dispatch rider for his rare acts of honesty in this world full of wicked and selfish people.
The rider was apparently credited with Nine million two hundred and fifty thousand naira instead of N9,250, so when he noticed the error, he returned every single dime.
He and the rightful owner met at a bank in Gbagada, Lagos state, where the delivery man refunded the whole money.
