Netizens have expressed extreme shock that a restaurant located in the plush vicinity of Osu is offering to pay a prospective cook ¢300 in a job vacancy posted online. 

The advertisement was shared by a media employment agency @VacanciesGh on Twitter and the monthly remuneration has shocked some Ghanaians who have expressed their opinion about it.

The meagre amount being put on the table has become the fulcrum of intense debate online.
