The sad increase in unemployment numbers in Africa has been a contributing factor to the many scams that people engage themselves into just to survive.

It is the wish of Uche Jombo that such people, whose preoccupation daily is to engage in plans to scam people and deny them of their hard earned money, that they enjoy no peace in their life.

She prays further, that such people get choked by the money and do nothing of worthy note with it whiles they wait on their ride to hell.

“If you wake up every morning thinking of how to scam people. May you never know peace. May the money choke you. May you never do anything meaningful with it while waiting on your ride to hell,” Uche Jombo wrote on Twitter.

The actress’ tweet evoked several comment on the social messaging platform.

@Anonymous195915 blames the canker on unemployment. “Do you think if the government in Nigeria actually help in the so called youth empowerment they have been preaching for a very long time; do you think there would be scammers in Nigeria?” he wrote in reply.

Anonymous added that the fact that people have not been equipped with the need skills is a contributing factor. “Imagine the movie industry didn’t work out for you, what hand skill(s) do you have that the Nigerian government would support? I would love to hear from you. Do you know these scammers take care of their families and also try to secure the future of their children”.

@emmasystech decided to take it to a different angle when he said; “Same to every woman using makeup to deceive men, bleaching their skin, using filter to appear more appealing, using high hill shoes to change height, using fake nails and eye lashes, using bra to carry their fallen boobs thereby deceiving unsuspecting suitors. God will judge you.”

@ajchocolat believes these scammers may one day just get caught and when that happens they are going to pay for their sins.

“Many are the days of the thief…But when caught, they shall pay seven fold.. I believe that the gains of such things are short-lived and the suffering that follows is in multitude…Hidden from the surface sometimes but still gnawing away at them until they are laid waste,” she says.
