Jonathan Michael Majors, an actor from the United States, was born on September 7, 1989, in Lompoc, California.
Majors, his mother (a minister), his elder sister (also a minister), and his younger brother all spent their formative years on the Vandenberg military station due to his father’s service in the Air Force.
After his early years in Cedar Hill, Texas, Majors spent time in the Austin neighborhood of Georgetown. Once a student at Cedar Hill High School, he switched to Duncanville High School and graduated in 2008.
Growing up, Majors had difficulties due to his proximity to recently released convicts such as drug traffickers, killers, and murderers wearing ankle monitors. Majors saw moral complexity in his neighbors, who he judged to have a mix of good and bad values.

As an adolescent, Majors faced hardships, including being kicked out of his family’s house and arrested for theft. After getting into a fight in high school, he got expelled. For a while, Majors was so financially strapped that he had to live in his vehicle and work two jobs just to get by.
The morally ambiguous criminals he had known as a child reminded him of Heath Ledger’s Joker in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight, and he sought refuge in the theater as a result. To pay it forward and motivate others the way that Heath Ledger had motivated him, he decided to pursue a career in acting.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from the UNCSA, Majors continued his education at Yale University’s School of Drama, where he earned his master’s in fine arts in 2016.

Reports found online indicate that Jonathan Majors has a nine-year-old daughter called Ella who is of mixed ethnicity. She presently makes her home on some farmland outside of Atlanta that Majors owns.
