Award winning dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has opined that majority of divorce cases in Ghana is because the men restrict the women to wifely duties instead of allowing them live their lives.

Speaking to Giovani Caleb on Showbiz 360 at TV3, Shatta Wale explained that, most women hate been restricted.

” If you met a lady who loves hanging out with her friends at parties and all that, you shouldn’t stop her from doing that all in the name of Marriage. You shouldn’t make her cook, clean and do all the house chores alone. She’ll end up looking old and tired and soon she’ll become bored and dump you. Women like freedom but that’s what most men don’t know. If you give your woman a lot of freedom, she’ll always remain with you and be faithful to you”. Shatta Wale explained.

Speaking about his son, Shatta Wale emphasized that he wants his son to be lead by God to do whatever he wants.

” My son is is great kid and I won’t choose a career path for him. I want God to lead him and help him grow to become a responsible person in Ghana.” He stated.
