Oral sex is a commonly performed act of foreplay involving the kissing or licking of the genital area to pleasure a partner. However, it is sometimes stated that the act alone can increase the risk of throat cancer.
Regardless of the perception that licking causes throat cancer amongst men, Counsellor Lutterodt has admonished men to lick their women deep if they want to sustain their relationship.

Lutterodt in an interview with Accra-based Adom FM nullified the popular assertion about licking and posited that the ‘vjayjay’ can never cause throat cancer and therefore Doctors should put an end to that misconception.
“Yes!, the fact is that the vagina is 10 times cleaner than the mouth! It has its own mechanism and self regulatory system that keeps it in check every now and then”.
He advised that licking the clitoris to stimulate women during s£kxual intercourse can’t be the cause of throat cancer. Therefore, he campaigned that it’s high time Ghanaian men lick their wives hard during intercourse because it makes the act interesting.
