Minority Walks Out Of Parliament During Swearing In Of Newly Elected MP Lydia Alhassan (Video)

In the past few days, the by-elections that took place at Ayawaso West Wuogon had brought several controversies following the violent activities before and on the Election Day.

Wife of the deceased former MP, Lydia Alhassan won the by-election by 68.8% and was sworn in today by Parliament as the honorable Member of Parliament for her constituency.

In a video sighted by GhBase.com, the minority in Parliament left the house during the swearing in of their new member following her victory in the just ended by-election.

It’s very appalling seeing some of our law makers behave like that to the extent of calling her a ’bloody widow’ as seen written on their placards as seen in the video.

Watch the video and tell us if she deserved such treatment from the minority in Parliament.
