News gone viral over the weekends indicating that Sammy Adjei, former Black Stars goalkeeper now manages public toilet at Labadi, a suburb in the Greater Accra region. This initiative by the retired sportsman has received public appraisal including controversial musician, Kwame A Plus.
The initiative in question was made available in the public domain by Laryea Kingston, a playing mate of Sammy Adjei, who confirmed on the Football Legends Night Show on GHOne TV that the former goalie actually invested in the KVIP business when both players were featuring for the Black Satellites (U-20).
Although, some people have been ridiculing the former Ghana international for his choice of business. However, A-Plus has commended Sammy Adjei for investing in Kumasi Ventilation Improvement Pit (KVIP) which a form of public toilet facility.
According to the artiste, “ It’s better than stealing or begging on the streets. He has to build more of them all over Accra .People for sh*t Charley”.
