My Contract With Zylofon Media Has Ended On Paper But I’m Still There Because I Love NAM1

Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale was in the studios of Joy FM together with his Militants over the weekend where he answered questions from George Quaye aka Aboagye about his career an showbiz.

When asked about his contract with Zylofon Media, he firmly said that indeed his contract with the record label has ended but he’s still with them because of the love he has for the embattled business mogul, Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly called NAM1.

He also maintained that he’s of the strongest conviction that his former boss is not a scammer as people are painting him and that at the right time, he’ll (NAM1) come and pay all the customers of Menzgold.

He said:

My contract with Zylofon has ended on paper though, but my relationship with zylofon and NAM1, i can’t leave them, so i am still with them to show them the love they shown me, we needed someone like Nana Appiah to save this industry, he is a good man, and i believe he will come back strong and pay every MenzGold customer

Shatta Wale also talked about how his beef with Sarkodie started after which he proceeded to talk briefly about his baby mama, Shatta Michy.

The SM boss inked a 3-year management deal with Zylofon Music in January last year so we are surprised he’s now telling us the contract has ended.

His signing was made officially known during a signing and unveiling session held on Wednesday- January 31 at the Zylofon Media headquarters in East Legon, Accra.

Did they alter the agreement terms out of the public eye without our knowledge?
