A man who travelled to Libya to seek greener pastures returned as a disappointed returnee and had his situation worsened by the rejection he suffered from his wife…he shares his sad experience.

Stanley Ogieriakhi is a Nigerian man who travelled through the unfavourable arid African deserts to Libya to seek a better life.

According to him, luck ran out on him together with other Africans and they were subjected to torture and inhumane treatment.

This inhumane treatment led to his complete loss of sight since as captives they were treated rarely as humans.

Speaking in an interview with Legit Nigeria, Stanley tells his story of how he was blocked from communicating with his family while in Libya and when he was finally freed to go back home to Nigeria, his eye could barely see anything.

Salt was rubbed in his wounds when his wife rejected him and left him to his fate. He has returned worse than he left and his wife was not ready to accommodate a failure.

Stanley has three kids but life as a disappointed returnee is not far from hell.
