Beautiful Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has replied critics who called her cheap for not having enough money to afford “fancy” and expensive clothes.
Most celebrities portray themselves as rich on social media and as a result, once they go contrary to what their fans expect, they are brutally crucified.
Ever since the government of Ghana announced a two-week lockdown, celebrities have been keeping themselves occupied with an app called “Tiktok” which allows them to have fun.
Unfortunately for Nadia Buari who joined the bandwagon of celebrities using the app, some section of the public trolled her on a particular video she posted.
The video was taken in her washroom and she was wrapped in a cloth which had Electricity Company of Ghana (E.C.G) logo printed in it. She was mocked, with some describing her cloth as ‘cheap’.
Reacting to this, Nadia Buari in a latest post on her Instagram page, used the words of entrepreneur Oscar Auliq-Ice to describe the true nature of humans.
She wrote:They love flowers but they cut them, they love animals but they eat them…. Shouldn’t you be scared when they tell you they love you?
