Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Zylofon Media and Menzgold, also known as Nam1, has spoken out about the criticism he has been receiving since yesterday.

The young businessman was on top of his game a few years ago, but things went south when the government shut down his MenzGold operations due to fraud suspicions.

Following the announcement of Akuapem Poloo’s jail sentence yesterday, several people started contrasting the two cases, describing his as one that requires incarceration but is still free.

Nam1 has responded to these comments and backlash by saying, “Stop Misleading the public. Even on a foreign land i was acquitted and discharged, a decision that was affirmed by the Appeals Court and the Supreme Court. FYI: my granny wasn’t the presiding judge. Back home, I pleaded NOT GUILTY and I’m having my day in Court.”
