The troubles of Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM1, are not over yet as a Pakistani national has also sued him in a Dubai court over a one million dollar ($1m) debt.

Being a successful man, Nana Appiah Mensah has worked so hard to get to where he is.
He has since been in the news after he was arrested in Dubai in December 2018 in connection with an alleged fraudulent gold deal and has since been in the Custody of Dubai authorities while an Interpol alert is also placed on him by Ghana officials.
According to a source in Dubai who reportedly told ABC News, NAM1 had signed an agreement with an unnamed Pakistani national to settle his indebtedness to him by instalment, but the civil court is yet to approve the alleged agreement.
The latest court case means that NAM1 maybe in Dubai in the custody of Interpol longer than expected.
It was gathered in April 2019 that the embattled CEO of gold trading firm Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah has won his court case in Dubai after months of been held there for his trial.
We waited anxiously till another news came in that he has finally won his Dubai court case with Horizon Royal Diamond and is supposed to receive an amount of 39 million dollars as a settlement but it turned out that the appeals court in Dubai never ordered Horizon Royal Diamond to pay NAM1 an amount of thirty-nine million dollars as NAM1 did not make a counterclaim against the company so the court could not award that cost to him
Per the new twist, the customers may have to still hope against hope.
