Head coach of the senior national team, James Kwesi Appiah has been axed from his capacity by the newly constituted Ghana Football Association (GFA) headed by Mr Kurt Okraku.
This comes after the GFA dissolved the technical teams of all national teams.
The decision affects both male and female national teams, a statement on the FA website said on Thursday.
The action suggests that Black Stars coach is no longer in charge of the team.
“The GFA extends its appreciation to all coaches and members of the respective national teams for their contributions to our teams and Ghana football.
We wish them all the best in their endeavours,” the statement added.
