New video shows how Kennedy Agyapong helped ‘fake’ Adwoa Safo run away from Parliament after suspicions were raised

Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo on November 30 became a trending topic on social media following a suspicion that she was represented in Parliament by an unknown lady so the majority side would be able to rescind the Speaker’s earlier decision on the approval of the 2022 budget.

According to many Ghanaians, the lady who joined the Majority side to enable them to rescind Speaker Alban Bagbin’s earlier decision was not the MP.

She came out to deny the allegation insisting that she was in Parliament on the said date.

While many are still arguing that she was the one, others doubt the identity of the Adwoa Safo-lookalike individual who took part in parliamentary business on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

However, a video that has surfaced online has raised more suspicions as MP for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapog is seen making a call and signalling the ‘fake’ Adwoa Safo to leave the chambers to prevent being detected.

While leaving the chamber, the supposed Adwoa Safo imposter tried not to let the camera capture her face before she was escorted by one man out of the house as she allegedly struggled to keep up with the appearance.

While it may be true, we can’t pinpoint that it was indeed an imposter who represented the Dome Kwabenya MP in the house.
