The 21st century Ghanaian lady especially those with higher academic laurels prefer to sit comfortably in the house and order food online and wait on it to be delivered at their doorsteps comparably to entering the kitchen to cook.
The above-mentioned reality is however not in the dictionary of Ghana’s finest television anchor, Nana Aba Anamoah. According to her, irrespective of her status, the kitchen belongs to her. Thus, she will always enter the kitchen and cook for her man.
Elaborating her point, the GHOne news anchor said, “the kitchen is mine and that is my office so don’t come into my space.” She added that her “man is there for a reason and must assume the traditional male role.
Speaking on Joy FM’s Super Morning Show today, November 8, 2019, Nana Aba Anamoah was emphatic that she doesn’t want any other person to cook for her man. “I’m supposed to treat my man well,” she told host, Kojo Yankson.
Quizzed on whether she would not be busy with work, she said, “if my man has to eat, I would make the time.”
