‘No President In The Fourth Republic Can Beat John Mahama When It Comes To Infrastructural Development’- Captain Smart Sets The Record Straight

Captain Smart has stated on authority that John Dramani Mahama holds the enviable record as the only president who has developed Ghana in terms of infrastructure.

His remark has shocked a lot of people, not because he was lying about it but the fact that he’s perceived to be aligned to the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Speaking on Angel FM, Captain Smart indicated that he has all the evidence to illustrate his point that no president in the 4th republic can beat John Mahama in that regard.

Indeed what Captain Smart is true but because of propaganda, some people from the other side of the coin will never attest to this fact.
