The 4syte Tv Music Video Awards has been officially launched at the Oak Plaza Hotel in Accra. Joycelyn Dumas was spotted in this elegant yellow bare back dress and in a white belted flat heel sandal to match it up. The dress curved out her so famous ass and made her look absolutely stunning in it.
Her makeup was just ok, and her choice of gold coloured chain was the best compliment to suit her whole self.
