Ohemaa Mercy Resolves Her ‘Feud’ With Chaterhouse

Ohemaa Mercy who threatened to return all her plaques that she won from the Ghana Music Awards organisers has backtracked on her promise. This followed a crucial meeting between her management and Charterhouse.

The media was awash few weeks ago about bribery scandal permeating the gospel circles relative to gospel musicians and the Vodafone Ghana Music  Awards. The stakeholders in the gospel fraternity became so outraged with some threatening to cease their participation in arguably the biggest award scheme in the country.

George Quaye who was the former Head of Communication at Chaterhouse alleged that some gospel musicians attempt to bribe organisers to win awards.

Mr. Twum-Ampofo manager and husband of the award winning gospel musician said the meeting afforded them the chance to settle the misunderstanding and put the matter to eternal rest.

He also asked everyone to forgive George Quaye and if possible be reinstated to his position.
