Organizers Of Ghana Movie Awards Urges The Media To Put On Suit Or Kente To Gain Accreditation To Event

Organizers of Ghana Movie Awards, have urged the Ghanaian media fraternity to put on a particular dress code for this year’s awards night.

In an emergency meeting held at the Kempinski Hotel on Tuesday, CEO of the awards scheme told some media men present that at this year’s event, all media personnel who would like to gain accreditation to the event should put on black suit or kente to portray our rich Ghanaian culture.

He explained that this is just one of the ways to adapt to a uniform costume by the media who also have 30% power in determining who wins what on the night(votes).

According to Fred Nuamah the CEO, he has spoken to Brommon  Bespoke and KOD to help in styling the media personalities and actors/actresses who will find any difficulty in the preferred costume.

The event which has been rescheduled to come off on December 30th 2018, promises to be one of the best in recent times. Venue still remains the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast Accra.
