Paah Paah Paah: Shatta Wale Wins Artiste Of The Year At 2019 Ghana Music Awards UK

Shatta Wale once gushed over himself saying he’s the most decorated Dancehall Artist in Africa after he took to social media to show a list of all the awards he has won.

Well since he’s still active in the industry and producing the bangers, the awards are still coming. The SM boss has been adjudged the Artiste of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards UK (GMAUK) 2019.

The 4th edition of the Ghana Music Awards UK 2019 saw Shatta beating stiff competition from Sarkodie, Medikal, Stonebwoy, KiDi, Kuami Eugene and King Promise to win the award.

The annual event was held Saturday night at the Discovery Centre, Jenkins Lane, Barking in London.

The GMAUK is to appreciate those working in the music industry who have released works that have generated the wildest public excitement within the specified period with an amazing stage craft for world class entertainment.

As an award scheme, the GMAUK recognises the hard work of our veteran musicians who have contributed immensely to the development of the arts over the past years, and for reasons are not active in the filled of work to compete and are referred to as the veterans.
