Patsy Kensit bio
Patricia Jude Kensit is a former lead singer of the 1980s musical group Eighth Wonder. After appearing in multiple Birds Eye frozen peas advertisements, Kensit, who started her acting career as a young child, gained notoriety.
On March 4, 1968, Kensit was born in the General Lying-In Hospital in Lambeth to James and Margaret Rose Kensit. Kensit’s maternal line’s ancestors hail from County Leitrim, Ireland.

She made an appearance in advertisements for Birds Eye frozen peas when she was four years old. Kensit participated in the Italia Conti Academy’s acting course. She made her acting debut in the 1972 movie For the Love of Ada, which went unnoticed.
In 1978, Kensit played Tessa in the TV series Armchair Thriller. From 1977 to 1978, she portrayed Emma Price in the TV show The Foundation. She portrayed Sadie in the Emmerdale television series from 2004 to 2006.
From 2007 to 2010, Kensit played Faye in the television series Holby City. She has repeatedly appeared in a number of TV programmes, including Hannah, Great Expectations, Luna, Diana, A Bear’s Tail, A Bucket o’ French & Saunders, and Lemon La Vida Loca.
Hanover Street, Lethal Weapon 2, Things Behind the Sun, Alfie Darling, The Great Gatsby, and Who’s Your Daddy? all had Patsy in the lead role.
Kensit has received nominations in several categories, including two British Soap Awards, an Independent Spirit Award, a National Television Award, and a Young Artist Award. Jim Kerr and the rocker Liam Gallagher are two of the four men that Patsy has married. She had previously performed as the band’s lead vocalist.
