A young man who had gone to bank premises to make a withdrawal was met with uncertainty when he started removing his dresses to the dismay of those standing by.
The sad video captures the moment the young lad started removing all his clothes as he waited in the queue to probably transact with the bank in question.
While it is unusual for someone to act that way in public, it was evident that the young man had lost his sanity at that instant as his demeanour and removal of dresses proved right.
