The head pastor of International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Pastor Mensah Otabil raised eyebrows last week when he said people who often post every kind of food they eat and their latest fashion trends on social media have inferiority complex.
The popular ‘teacher of the gospel’ admonished his congregation to yearn for excellence rather than engaging in trivialities like posting food and clothes they have on social media.
His posture went viral and it attracted divergent views from Ghanaians from all walk of lives.
This has also attracted the attention of Ibrah One, of Ghana’s youngest millionaires. He attacked the pastor for spewing nonsense and labeled him as thief who exploits poor people from his church.
He wrote:“People who post photos of their food and dresses on social media are better than some so-called holy men who steal the monies of innocent poor people.”
