Nigerian police authorities at the Force headquarters in Abuja have finally given details as to why they arrested actress, Tonto Dikeh’s ex-lover Prince Kpokpogri.
Reports suggest that Kpokpogri was arrested on Tuesday after he called on some police officers to escort him to confront the actress over his Lexus SUV she seized.
He tracked down the car to a Nicon Hotel parking lot where the actress was allegedly lodged and blocked the car with a white car after jamming the tyres and he was said to have threatened to open fire at her if Tonto Dikeh doesn’t hand over the keys to him.
Vanguard publication suggested that he was being interrogated at the Force CID and was said to have been violent and unleashed hurtful and abusive words on the police who were on duty as efforts made to calm Kpokpogri down abruptly failed.
The DIG in Charge of Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Bureau, DIG Joseph Egbunike as a result of getting the information over the unfriendly attitude Kpokpogri ordered his arrest including the policemen who escort him to confront Tonto Dikeh.
