Revenge of the Spartans: Nigerians are looting and burning South African owned properties in Nigeria (+ video

Natives of Nigeria and South Africa as we speak are literally acting Rambo Film as both parties are paying back each other in their own coins.

Y’all know the ongoing Xenophobia in South Africa, so it’s no surprise that aggrieved Nigerians have also started burning South African own properties in the country although it’s not the best way to go.

Anyways, videos we’ve sighted on social media shows that Nigerians are really angry with how their fellow brothers and sisters are maltreated in South Africa. Some South African citizens are launching attacks on foreigners especially Nigerians that they have taken their jobs in their country.

Nigerians have been calling on their leaders to intervene but it appears their cries are falling on deaf ears. So they have taken the laws into their own hands to avenge the death and loss of their friends in South Africa.

Destruction of properties in Nigeria because of ongoing Xenophobia in South Africa

We’ve learnt that some angry protestors have stormed Shoprite and MTN offices in Nigeria and are scattering things.A video shows that one Shoprite store has been burnt to ashes. Another one also captures an MTN office in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

It’s worth knowing that Nigerian are attacking these companies because they’re owned by South Africans. The situation is bad out there and if care isn’t taken, the aftermath will be all bloody affair. We pray for peace!!!
