Richard Fleeshman is an English actor and singer. His television career began as a 12-year-old, playing Craig Harris for four years in Coronation Street before going on to become an established television, West End and Broadway performer.

He went to Wilmslow High School’s sixth form and Cheadle Hulme School in Cheshire. He has two actress sisters named Emily Fleeshman and Rosie Fleeshman.

Fleeshman made the announcement that he is now a vegetarian in 2019 via his Instagram account. He had already abstained from meat for more than two years at that point and had “never felt better ethically or physically.”

Fleeshman made his acting debut in the movie An Angel for May. He was 12 years old when he took on the part of Craig Harris in Coronation Street from 2002 to 2006.

He was the lone member of his fictional family to leave the show in 2005 when he was 16 years old. On October 16, 2006, his farewell episode aired on television.

Later, in 2007, Fleeshman co-starred with Jill Halfpenny in an episode of Blue Murder in which he portrayed the part of Ben Holroyd.

ITV aired the episode, titled “Crisis Management,” in December 2007. In the ITV comedy drama Monday Monday, which aired on August 10, 2009, he portrayed the part of Gillen.
