“For us in Africa who knows our history and the history of the world, we do not mourn Elizabeth and we do not wish for her to rest in peace. She must rot in hell”, the group said in a press statement issued on Friday. August 9, 2022.

In the 70 years of her reign as a British monarch and head of the royal family, the Queen profited from, benefited, aided, and encouraged the colonialist and Neo-colonialist plunder of Africa and Africans, they said.

“Prior to colonialism, the institution she represented and led was heavily built by the spoils of slavery, from the sweat of enslaved people.’

“Till date, these people have never been paid a compensation. Elizabeth did not even see fit to acknowledge or apologize for the atrocities the British Empire has caused to billions of people across the world fellow Africans.”
