Saikumar Pampana was born in Kottarakkara, Kerala to parents P.J. Sharma and Krishna. He took his early education at St. Gregorios Higher Secondary School and later furthered his studies at Kerala University. Saikumar got an interest in acting at an early age.

He made his acting debut in 2012, with the movie Telugu movie titled Lucky. Since then, he has been involved in movies like Bus Stop, Naa Sami Ranga, Ee Rojullo, Aadu Magadura Bujji and many more. In 2020, he appeared on TV in the popular Indian tv reality show Bigg Boss Telugu 4 as a wild card contestant.
