Career
Saniya was much interested in acting and dancing when she was growing up. At some point, she had to stop schooling and focused on advancing her acting and modelling career.
She made her first tv appearance in the dance reality show “D2 – D 4 Dance” as a contestant but unfortunately, she couldn’t win. Afterwards, she auditioned for several movie roles and later won a role in the Malayalam film Baalyakaalasakhi as a child actress in 2014.
In the movie, Saniya played the role of the childhood of Isha Talwar. She then went on to appear in the film Apothecary as the daughter of Suresh Gopi and also played various supporting roles in several films.
She came to the limelight In 2018, after portraying “Chinnu” in the popular Malayalam film titled Queen. Saniya’s vital role in the movie won her Best Female Debut – Filmfare Awards and Best Newcomer Actress – Vanitha Film Awards.
