Shatta Wale risks being sued as ASEPA files legal complaint against him at the CID

Shatta Wale risks being sued as the remnants of his action yesterday where he staged an alleged attack on his life begin to stare him right in the face.

The Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) has filed an official legal complaint at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.

According to ASEPA, Shatta Wale and his accomplice, Nana Dope broke Section 208 of the Criminal Code of Ghana 1960 (ACT 29). ASEPA demand that they are subjected to legal interrogation and appropriately dealt with if found culpable.

They believe the artiste’s action is tantamount to causing public fear and panic thus the law must be allowed to deal with him just like any ordinary Ghanaian.
