Some ignorant social media users (you’ll soon understand why I call them ignorant) have shredded GHOne presenter Serwaa Amihere for referring to former Sarkcess Music signee, Strongman as ‘Kumasi-based’ rapper.
The beautiful on-screen star apparently interviewed the ‘Transformer’ hitmaker on his recent feud with Medikal which caused serious pandemonium on social media over the weekend during which she referred to Strongman as a Kumasi-based artist, a phrase which has angered some people so much that they have dissed the young lady ‘by heart.’
In the course of the interview, the presenter asked Strongman if he has any regrets for dragging Fella Makafui’s name into the diss songs he shot at MDK as she thought that was not right and is a disrespect to women.
The interview was later uploaded on GHOne TV’s Facebook page and that was when the fans went haywire.
Are these fans not ignorant? Is Strongman not based in Kumasi? The rapper lives in Kumasi so grammatically he’s a ‘Kumasi-based’ artist. That does not mean his music in only contained within the borders of the town only (as their shallow minds deduced).
Sarkodie lives in Tema so it’s not offensive to say, ‘the Tema-based’ rapper blah blah blah…Which school did these people attend?
