The UDS SRC President, Master Lukman Mohammed, under whose reign the outrageous GHC63,000.00 bus “stop” project was executed has reacted to the fiasco surrounding the Bus Terminal after public outcry on the huge amount spent.

Master Lukman Mohammed of the University for Development Studies has come under public backlash following news of the newly constructed Bus Terminal at the Tamale Campus of the school with many tagging him as corrupt for spending a whopping GH¢63,175 from the student’s SRC dues.

Reacting to the public backlash, Master Lukman Mohammed has released an official statement with the SRC letterhead.

In the statement, he explained that the SRC didn’t handle any money used for the project as they only identified the project and recommended it to the Management of the school.

The SRC President added that the Management of the school through its Works and Physical Development (WPD) unit spearheaded the executive of the project.
