UK based Ghanaian Jazz musician, songwriter and actress, Stephanie Benson has given men tips on how to tell their wives they have gained weight without offending them.
These days it is difficult to tell someone they have gained weight without sounding like a body shamer.
While the market is flooded with lots of sliming pills, butt enhancement creams, most organizations are teaching women to learn to accept their bodies as it is.
Most married women immediately gain weight after marriage while others gain weight after child birth. Sometimes they end up looking unattractive and they get offended when their husbands start complaining about it.
Well, according to Stephanie Benson, if a man realises that his wife has gained too much weight, rather than criticise her, he should start working out and coax her to join him.
According to Stephanie, this will not only make the woman feel appreciated, it will also make her realise that she has indeed put on weight and work harder to shed it.
She also advised women to stop being lazy and try to work out once in a while so that they don’t accumulate unnecessary fat.
